Kevin Granwehr
Kevin Granwehr serves as Vice President of Construction at ICG, where he provides leadership across the company’s general contracting operations. He joined Innova in 2014 as a Project Superintendent and advanced through roles including Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager, building a strong foundation in complex general contracting and redevelopment work.
During his tenure at Innova, Kevin has overseen the redevelopment of several hundred residential units and has developed deep expertise in the rehabilitation of occupied multifamily housing and emergency shelter facilities. Within Innova’s redevelopment division, he played a key role in delivering 50 affordable and workforce townhomes, duplexes, and triplexes in the City of Philadelphia. Most recently, he directed three occupied multifamily rehabilitation projects totaling 180 units, with combined construction budgets of $18 million.
Kevin is an alumnus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and brings more than 25 years of construction experience to his role. Prior to joining Innova, he worked as a carpenter, lead foreman, and superintendent in commercial construction, providing a hands-on background that continues to inform his practical leadership style and technical approach to complex rehabilitation projects.
