Innova’s development arm, Innova Redevelopment, LLC, fosters neighborhood stabilization through the redevelopment of existing housing and vacant lots; replacing sources of blight with quality housing that is affordable over the long term. Since its inception in 2009, Innova Redevelopment’s portfolio now includes more than 100 affordable, ultra-low energy homes on formerly vacant parcels, mostly in Innova’s own Point Breeze neighborhood in Philadelphia.
