Charles McHenry

Charles is a Construction Superintendent for Innova’s general contracting business. Prior to joining Innova, Charles spent 30 years serving in various Construction Management roles in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Bucks County areas, where he oversaw a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects.

Charles’ joined Innova in 2025 and was immediately tasked with running a $7 million, 80 unit affordable housing renovation in Philadelphia. In this role, he was responsible for scheduling all movers and trades, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring deadlines were met—all while residents remained in their homes throughout construction.

Charles’ extensive experience, leadership, and dedication to quality craftsmanship make him a key contributor to Innova Construction Group’s continued success.
