He is a certified RESNET Rater Field Inspector (RFI) and an Energy Star Certified Homes and Multifamily New Construction (MFNC) professional, ensuring rigorous compliance and performance standards for complex residential projects. Currently pursuing his HERS Modeler certification, Carlos combines a meticulous eye for detail with a deep commitment to advancing energy efficiency and sustainability in the built environment.
