Carlos Melendez is a Project Associate in the Field Services group for Innova Building Advisors, joining us in 2025 from the stainless-steel pipe industry. He has extensive experience in time management, quality assurance, and organizational skills, which he now applies to our energy and sustainability projects. He is currently pursuing certification as a RESNET Rater Field Inspector (RFI) and is committed to expanding his expertise in building science and the energy efficiency sector.
