Two developers teamed up with the University of Medicine and Dentistry to develop this mixed-use student housing in Newark, NJ. Innova was selected as the developer’s full-charge project manager for the development of this 14-story building, constructed on a tight inner-city site, integrating an extension of an adjacent parking deck beneath the new building, and achieving EnergyStar® Certification.
