This former tuberculosis hospital on the historic register was renovated to provide much needed affordable senior housing in Edison, New Jersey.  Sunny, high ceilinged units were carved out of the former hospital wards and windows, roofing, exterior brickwork and trim were restored to historic standards.  The building was insulated with spray foam and achieved Energy Star certification.  Innova provided design review, construction project management and energy rating services for the project.
