This 36 unit affordable housing development was a combination of a rehabilitated school and newly constructed townhouses and flats, developed in the late 1990s. Innova performed a Capital Needs Assessment and assisted the architect and developer in creating a successful application for Pennsylvania’s Preservation Tax Credit Set-Aside. As General Contractor, Innova renovated all units with residents in place, including the replacement of kitchens, HVAC and life safety systems, flooring, bath fixtures and the construction of a new community room with accessible access below grade.
