This historic apartment building is a six story brick and cast stone apartment building built in 1915 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This 55-unit building was last renovated in 1999 after decades of vacant disuse. Innova performed a Capital Needs Assessment and Energy Audit to help the owners determine the optimum scope for the occupied renovation. In addition to updated kitchens and unit finishes, the renovation includes full modernization of the elevator, the HVAC systems, lighting, a new roof and preservation of the historic masonry façade.
