Beginning in 2013, Innova managed the design and construction of 154 new affordable homes for Delaware County families in three phases in Ridley, PA. This beautiful new development replaced a very tired 1970’s era low income project that had become an anchor on the community. New green spaces, front porches and inviting design transformed the community for its residents. The new homes are extremely energy efficient, garnering Energy Star certification for all 3 phases.
In addition to its Project Management role, Innova was also the energy rater for the development.
