Innova was engaged to oversee the design and construction of 3 phases of the Prospect Plaza Housing development in Brooklyn, NY. The first two phases that Innova oversaw included 284 units of family oriented rental units with a fitness center, retail spaces, community center and outdoor recreation spaces. The 3rd phase of the project was Innova’s first involvement in the construction of a public park. The park, adjacent to the last housing phase, was built to NY Parks Department specifications and turned over to the Parks Department upon completion.
