Innova was design and construction Project Manager and Passive House Rater for this 75 unit mixed use property in Meriden, CT funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  The project included a mid rise elevator building with retail space and family-oriented townhomes. Innova was integral in helping design the project to meet Passive House standards by collaborating with the contractor on details that were both constructible and affordable, while meeting Passive House requirements. During construction Innova’s Project Manager was involved in troubleshooting and provided practical solutions to overcome challenges.
