The first building in Pennsylvania certified as ENERGY STAR for Multifamily Highrise, this project features wood framing over podium construction.  In our role as energy consultant, Innova provided design review for program compliance, ENERGY STAR inspections and testing throughout construction and was responsible for all submittals and verification documentation protocols.  Advanced energy conservation features include high efficiency individual gas split system heating and cooling, condensing central water heating equipment, VRF ductless systems for common area conditioning and ventilation, a green roof and infrastructure for future solar PV systems.
