Based on Innova’s award-winning South Point project, Philadelphia’s Land Bank awarded Innova an additional assemblage of vacant parcels to create 20 new affordable units. This project is comprised of 19 two- and three-bedroom condominiums, and a single-family home. Breeze Flats also employs Passive House assemblies and ultra-low energy features.
