This 40-unit historic affordable housing development was last renovated in the 1980’s and required significant capital improvements. Innova performed a unit-by-unit comprehensive needs assessment and, using Low Income Housing Tax Credits, performed the renovations of the development while the units remained occupied. Innova organized a seamless staging of work, to keep the project on track, despite historic requirements and structural failures encountered along the way.
