Project Analyst
Corey Crews-Williams
Corey Crews-Williams serves as a Project Analyst for Innova Building Advisors, and is responsible for pre- and post-construction building inspections and diagnostics, green building program compliance and is part of IBA’s forensic investigations team. Corey is a recent graduate of The Pennsylvania State University holding a B.S. in Energy Engineering. During his undergraduate tenure he had the opportunity to lead green building competitions for residential and commercial structures such as Race to Zero, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy, and the Green Energy Challenge held by the National Electrical Contractors Association. Additionally, he has performed renewable energy development work internationally. Some of these experiences include performing an energy economic assessment in Tanzania, a photovoltaic array installation project in Honduras, and sustainable energy work in Iceland. Corey has a keen interest in promoting sustainable standards and practices in urban environments beyond energy-related measures. As a Philadelphia native, he upholds this by serving as a volunteer in construction services geared towards improving the health and livelihood of traditionally disenfranchised communities.
