Brian is a Senior Project Manager based in Innova’s Atlanta office. Brian spent more than 14 years as a facilities and construction contract manager with the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps.  After his service with the Navy and prior to joining Innova, he worked for an environmental engineering consulting firm and following that, a construction management services/architectural/engineering firm specializing in student housing as both a developer and general contractor. Brian is expert in managing all lifecycle aspects of facilities planning, budgeting and maintenance operations, as well as general contracting for construction, repair and maintenance programs.

Brian is a registered Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Project Management Professional and LEED Accredited Professional. He has an undergraduate civil engineering degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  He also has master’s degrees in engineering management, Strategic Studies and Civil Engineering/Project Management as well as a doctorate in Civil Engineering/Project Management.
