This 56 unit senior building in Center City Philadelphia was the first LGBTQ-preference LIHTC funded senior housing project in Pennsylvania. The project incorporated solar assisted hot water generation and garnered Energy Star for Multi-Family High Rise certification. The design included retail space, a spacious community, an inner courtyard amenity space and a roof deck. The exterior wall assembly included continuous exterior insulation and a fiber cement rain screen system.
