Innova Featured in Workforce Housing Initiative

State and local officials announce the next phase in a plan to leverage vacant lots to build new housing affordable to middle-income people in rapidly appreciating neighborhoods. The Workforce Housing Initiative will encouraged balanced and equitable growth in Philadelphia and help preserve the middle class.
