Jeff Allegretti founded Innova in 1999 to advise developers on the design and construction of high-quality, safe and energy efficient affordable Housing. By any account, he was successful in that endeavor, but his greatest impact was on those who had the privilege to know him. He was generous, kind and passionate. He did not suffer fools gladly, and was known to engage in vigorous debate on any number of subjects that interested him. Jeff taught everyone at Innova to ask the next question, not to settle for the easy way out and above all, the value of loyalty and friendship. His loss leaves a hole in our hearts, but his memory drives us forward.
