Paul Ricker
Paul Ricker has over 45 years’ experience in quality, energy-efficient, affordable residential construction, ranging from single homes to multi-family buildings. His early career as a carpentry contractor ranged from quality rehabs in the Boston area, to new solar homes in California, and post & beam construction in Vermont. For more than 30 years, he has provided comprehensive project management services for affordable housing developers and CDCs in the Philadelphia region. Paul’s diverse work building affordable housing with Innova has spanned 20 years and includes acting as our general contractor PM for an 80-unit historic occupied preservation project, authoring Capital Needs Assessments, and providing Construction Administration for numerous projects. He continues to serve as the Owner’s Rep for an array of complex affordable multi-family projects, with recent projects including an old textile mill conversion to affordable housing in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, the rehabilitation of historic brownstones in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood, the new construction of a mid-rise apartment building in Washington, DC, and affordable townhouse developments for the Housing Authority of Delaware County, PA; the Town of Eastham, Mass.; and York County, PA. Paul holds several Building Performance Institute certifications, serving as both a trainer and test proctor at the innovative ECA Green Jobs Training Center. He has an AS in Building Construction, a BA in Organizational Management, and holds a Master of Arts in Education from LaSalle University.
