Carlos Manny Nuñez joined Innova as a Project Analyst and Ratings Field Inspector in 2022. While Manny arrived to Innova with no prior energy or sustainability experience, he brought with him advanced coding and computer systems experience that has served him well in becoming one of our expert Rating Field Inspectors (RFIs). He has led field verification of every type of multifamily project from groundbreaking to final finishes by developing collaborative relationships with construction superintendents and trade foremen. Among Manny’s key duties is providing the necessary recommendations to builders on how to achieve satisfactory results when projects struggle to pass field inspections or diagnostic testing.
After three years with IBA Manny has cemented himself as an invaluable part of the team and has emerged as a leader among the next generation of Raters & RFIs on the vanguard of the sustainable building movement.
