Philadelphia, PA. This 80-unit historic affordable housing development was last renovated in the 1980's and required significant capital improvements. Innova performed a unit-by-unit comprehensive needs assessment and, using Pennsylvania's Preservation Tax Credit Set-Aside program, managed the renovation of the development while the majority of the units remained occupied. Innova organized a seamless staging of work that allowed the residents to retain the full use of their kitchen and bathroom during the renovation process.
