Innova provides multi-family building owners and managers with proven, off-the-shelf retrofit solutions for increasing the energy efficiency of their buildings and enhancing the comfort of residents.

Innova’s Multifamily Energy division is staffed by Multi-Family Building Analysts and Heating Specialists certified by the Building Performance Institute ® (BPI), as well as RESNET®-certified Home Energy Raters and LEED® Green Associates. To every energy audit and retrofit project we bring decades of experience across a diverse array of multi-family buildings and residential energy systems, having managed the design, construction and on-going maintenance of over 12,000 units of affordable housing. This experience is augmented by established partnerships with expert energy modeling specialists, enabling Innova to offer multi-family property owners a full range of energy retrofit services, including:

Consulting services to help owners and managers find the retrofit funding options best suited to their properties
Energy Audits approved for Pennsylvania’s PHFA Preservation through Smart Rehab program, conducted in accordance with BPI Multifamily Building technical standards
Payback and SIR analysis of retrofit recommendations, using cost estimates based on years of real-world experience executing construction projects of all magnitudes
Preparation of applications for energy audit and retrofit funding programs, such as PHFA Preservation through Smart Rehab and DHCD MEEHA.
