Since 1997, Innova has overseen the design and construction of more than 8,000 units of affordable housing, with new projects totaling more than $200 million annually throughout the eastern United States, Alabama, Tennessee and Ohio.  Innova brings its expert building knowledge to bear on all phases of development: resource efficiency and maintainability during design, conscientious project controls during construction, and methodical approaches when developing long term maintenance remedies and energy retrofit strategies.

Innova’s Project Management professionals represent owners in the design development process and provide construction oversight for projects as diverse as Manhattan high-rise buildings, large-scale historic adaptive reuse projects, and the ground-up development of new residential communities.

Innova specializes in Affordable Housing Preservation. We are especially adept at staging and executing occupied building renovation projects, preserving existing affordable housing while avoiding the unnecessary cost and distress of occupant relocation.
