DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Allentown, PA. Innova provided a design scope for an integrated, pressure-balanced mechanical system for this Energy Star® new construction townhouse development. Innova also led the infrastructure planning effort allowing for seamless staging of multiple phases of vertical construction. The development is situated on a steeply sloped terrain which formerly served as home to a large public housing project. Despite the terrain, the project needed to conform to federal standards for handicap “visitability.” Innova guided the design team through these design constraints, while coordinating the owner’s multiple design professionals.
