CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

Innova serves as the Owner's Representative during the construction process. Innova's Project Managers define and enforce the project controls to be used by the architect and contractor during construction. Innova serves as the project team's primary arbiter and decision maker for scope and specification clarifications, change order validation, product substitutions, and finish quality standards.
