Mt. Pocono, PA. Innova performed a Capital Needs Assessment of this 40 unit family development to provide the owners with a comprehensive professional opinion of the conditions of the building components and systems and to offer recommendations for optimal long term capital investments. This Needs Assessment was designed to accompany the owner’s application for Low Income Housing Tax Credits, but was also formatted to comply with the USDA Rural Housing Services unique guidelines for needs assessments.
