CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Baltimore, MD. Innova was engaged to troubleshoot, develop scopes, estimate costs, hold subcontracts and manage the construction of multiple capital improvements at this historic property. The work scope included repairs to the failing sub floors throughout the building, retrofits of the hydronic and domestic water heating systems to improve occupant comfort and reduce hot water recovery times and modifications to the ground floor service area to facilitate daily trash removal.
