Innova provides a detailed narrative identifying immediate and critical items for repair or replacement, as well as a 20-year long term replacement schedule based on the expected useful life of building components. In addition, Innova provides cost estimating for the recommended repairs/replacements. Innova performs and compiles its capital needs assessment reports to meet state housing finance agency guidelines as well as guidelines established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), United States Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Division, and Fannie Mae Corporation.
