Harlem, NY. Two for-profit developers teamed up with the Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement and a fourth for-profit developer, acting as the general contractor, to design and construct this mixed-use condo development in Harlem, New York. Innova served as the owner's full-charge manager for the development of this 11 story building, constructed on a site with contaminated fill and adjoining buildings in imminent danger of collapse.
