Innova’s building experts have over 100 years of combined experience in the maintenance, rehabilitation, and troubleshooting of existing multi-family and mixed-use buildings.  Innova’s building services professionals are certified as Multi-Family Building Analysts and Heating Specialists by the Building Performance Institute® (BPI), and are RESNET® Home Energy Raters and LEED® Green Associates. Innova’s building analysts perform energy audits and capital needs assessments of multi-family buildings.

Innova serves as general contractors and construction managers for the implementation of large-scale capital improvement and energy retrofit projects, offering proven, off-the-shelf retrofit solutions for lowering energy use in buildings, while reducing maintenance demands and enhancing the safety and comfort of the occupants.  Innova is an “industry partner” with the Building Science Corporation for the US Department of Energy’s Building America Program for multi-family buildings. 

Innova also offer building failure investigation services providing informed recommendations that solve building performance problems and avoid misguided repairs.
