Fred Werner
Fred Werner serves as Senior Project Manager for Innova. Mr. Werner has nearly 20 years experience in the building trades, with significant expertise in areas of building plans examination, construction code analysis, code enforcement, zoning, and accessibility. At Innova, Mr. Werner is responsible for managing the design development and construction processes for Innova’s project management portfolio and acts as the lead Project Manager on a number of large-scale multi-family developments each year. Mr. Werner also has oversight and project organization responsibilities for major capital projects undertaken by Innova’s Building Services division. Prior to his appointment to Innova, Mr. Werner served as the Manager of Construction Administration services for a large architectural firm specializing in affordable housing and mixed-use development. Mr. Werner is certified by the International Code Council as a building inspector and plans examiner, and has obtained certification in Construction Management through Drexel University. Mr. Werner is currently completing the course requirements toward a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Drexel University.
