Blane Fitzgerald Stoddart Blane Fitzgerald Stoddart serves as Vice President of Business Development for Innova. Prior to joining Innova, Mr. Stoddart served as Executive Director and CEO of The Partnership CDC (community development corporation) and its subsidiaries West Market Management and The ServiceWorks Company. Under his leadership The CDC built over 350 units of affordable housing, created over 100 new jobs and invested close to $100 million dollars in West Philadelphia. Mr. Stoddart is a former floor broker of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange where he served as a Registered Foreign Currency Options Broker with the firm Bloom Staloff Salomon Brothers. Mr. Stoddart currently serves on the Board of Mercy Hospital of Philadelphia, and the Philadelphia Development Partnership. Mr. Stoddart has won the 40 Under 40 Award bestowed by the Philadelphia Business Journal, and has been named one of "50 People to Watch" by Philadelphia Magazine, and "One of 10 Leaders Under 40" by the Philadelphia Tribune. Mr. Stoddart is Founder of the Greater Philadelphia Blues Fest, one of the largest music festivals in the City. Mr. Stoddart is a 1987 graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics & Marketing.
