Robert Femenella

Bob Femenella serves as Project Manager for Innova’s Construction Project Management division. He is President of DLA Consulting, Inc. providing construction cost analysis, pre-construction document reviews, construction monitoring, as the owner’s representative on major multi-housing and mixed use developments. Mr. Femenella was previously Senior Vice President with Eckland Consultants Inc. where he was responsible for portfolio management, due diligence inspections, Phase I environmental reports and a full range of construction services, including selected appraisal work for clients including major banks and real estate investors.

Mr. Femenella has worked on a diverse array of projects over the course of his 30 year career as a construction professional, including residential, retail, commercial, and industrial properties, varying in size from multi-family developments to a football stadium in Charlotte, NC, and a 2,000,000sf mall in Providence, RI. Mr. Femenella is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from New York University.
