Pat Foca

Pat Foca serves as Innova's Project Manager for multi-family development projects in Pennsylvania and Maryland.  His portfolio of projects is valued at more than $20 million each year. Mr. Foca also contributes to Innova's building failure investigation work for multi-family clients. Prior to joining Innova in 2001, Mr. Foca was the Manager of Construction and Facilities Management for the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), where he oversaw the construction of $100+ million in new multi-family developments each year, as well as the capital needs of the agency's multi-billion dollar portfolio of existing affordable housing developments. Mr. Foca was also a custom home builder/developer in South Central PA for more than 10 years. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University.
