Riley Nollie

Riley Nollie serves as Project Manager in Innova's Building Services division.   Mr. Nollie is responsible for overseeing capital improvement projects, painting and apartment turnovers in multi-family developments throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region.   Prior to his appointment at Innova, Mr. Nollie served as Regional Maintenance Director for Pennrose Management Company where he was responsible for hiring, training and supervising several building maintenance superintendents across the Greater Philadelphia region.   Mr. Nollie was directly responsible for over 1,000 units within his portfolio.   Mr. Nollie has over 20 years experience in the construction and multi-family facilities maintenance industries.
