Nicholas Matteo
Nick Matteo serves as Innova’s primary Project Manager in charge of the design and construction of large-scale multi-family developments in the Mid-Atlantic region, the Mid-West and in the South; his portfolio of projects is valued at nearly $100 million each year. Mr. Matteo also supervises large scale capital projects for Innova’s Building Services division, and provides quality control oversight on Innova’s neighborhood redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Innova, Mr. Matteo served as Project Manager for a large architectural services company in New Jersey where he was responsible for construction project administration, design and development, and coordination of all trades and consultants on each project. Mr. Matteo has over 20 years of experience in construction administration and project management and served in the United States Army Corps of Engineers from 1994 to 1997.
