Leonard Perre

Len Perre serves as Project Manager for Innova’s Construction Project Management division. Mr. Perre has over 20 years of commercial, residential and industrial construction experience. After completing his education in 1980, he began his construction career as a field superintendent and later moved into project cost estimating. In 1987 he started his own construction company, Creative Design Build, Corp., in Union, NJ focusing on providing clients with a comprehensive array of building and design services, with a project portfolio valued at more than $30 million.

Mr. Perre is a certified as a licensed building inspector which has enabled him to maintain a continual knowledge of New Jersey’s complex building codes and standards. Over the years he has developed valuable relationships with state building officials while working on a variety of construction and development projects – an added benefit for a demanding client base.
