David Huber

Dave Huber serves as Project Manager for Innova’s Construction Project Management division. He is Vice President at Kaliber Construction, Inc. a WBE Baltimore-based construction services company. Mr. Huber has over 30 years experience in the construction industry with particular expertise in multi-family and commercial construction, including experience on a diverse array of projects including college dormitories, high-rise office buildings, adaptive reuse of old industrial buildings, and large scale housing developments.

Mr. Huber was previously the COO of Doracon Contracting Inc., a Baltimore general contracting company specializing in affordable housing development and was Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the Construction Division at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, a Baltimore-based real estate developer and general contractor with approximately $35 million in annual projects.
