Bernardino Allegretti
Bernardino Allegretti serves as Project Manager for Innova’s neighborhood stabilization and redevelopment projects. Mr. Allegretti has full charge development responsibility including property acquisition due diligence, development proforma analysis, design development, contract buy-outs, and field work supervision. Mr. Allegretti also serves as Innova’s economic analyst, analyzing market trend data in the neighborhoods where Innova projects are undertaken, as well as income and expense trends for the company's operating divisions. He is responsible for implementing significant software upgrades to the corporation's general ledger accounting system that links the corporation’s business front-end – service orders, purchase orders, and construction estimates – with its accounts payable and accounts receivable data to create a comprehensive profit and lost tracking system on a per-job basis. Mr. Allegretti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University.
