This scattered site development of existing historic townhouses in Baltimore's Reservoir Hill Neighborhood required Innova to coordinate and oversee a unit-by-unit investigation of existing conditions to develop unit-specific work scopes and architectural plans. During the construction process, this groundwork helped to avoid and contain change orders that might otherwise have resulted from "unforeseen conditions."
