Newark, NJ. Two developers teamed up with the University of Medicine and Dentistry to develop this mixed use student housing in Newark, NJ. Innova was selected as the developer’s full-charge project manager for the development of this 14 story building, constructed on a tight inner-city site, integrating an extension of an adjacent parking deck beneath the new building.
